The userís biometric signature is sampled at the userís personal
mobile device and then sent for verification. The user signature
is verified and authenticated at BioSignID Authentication
Service (dedicated server/s). In this example, Facebook web site
trusts BioSignID authentication service as an OpenID service
provider and therefore, upon successful signature verification
the user logins into his personal account in Facebook.com.
Desktop mode (Dual-appliance): the
user sign-in to a selected web site from any desktop PC/laptop
(URL example: http://biosignid.com/poc/). A PUSH notification
message is sent to user personal mobile device. The user opens
BioSignID application on his mobile device and signs-in. Upon a
successful authentication, his Internet browser in his desktop
PC/laptop is opened with the required privileges to access his
personal account in the selected web site. The following example
demonstrates this dual-appliance mode with Facebook.com.
